A woman who achieved a toned tummy just five months after having triplets says her busy life as a mother is the secret to her slim body.
Ramie Snodgrass, 35, of Tacoma, Washington, gave birth to triplets a few months ago and has been boasting about them on Instagram since then. Internet users who watched her noticed one more thing – the woman looked as if she had not left the gym.
Mrs. Snodgrass ensures that she is not on any diets and does not visit the gym. There is simply no time for this. She claims that every moment is spent caring for the triplets, not to mention her older daughter and husband. So where does this rapid weight loss and pre-pregnancy look back come from?
The solution is simple, says the 35-year-old. The happy mother explains that just taking care of her children all day long takes more energy from her than any exercise. As she says, especially pushing a triple stroller and carrying three children at once, is a challenge for her body. Thanks to this, her belly is sculpted even better than before pregnancy.
Ramie said, “For me, it was a big fear that I would not be able to do the things I love, like running, hiking, and more. I want to inspire other people and mothers not to give up things that are important because of parenthood.”
“I tried running six weeks after my C-sᴇᴄᴛɪᴏɴ, but it was too ᴘᴀɪɴꜰᴜʟ, so I don’t exercise as regularly as I used to. Having triplets, however, keeps me slim. It’s physically exhausting to lift them out of their cribs, carry large boxes of diapers, push their carriages, and more,” she added.
