A Mother-Of-Three Who Ran A High-Profile Yoga Studio D.ɪᴇ.ᴅ After Giving Birth At Home To A Healthy Baby Girl

A high-profile Queenland yoga trainer, Lauren Verona, 42, ᴅ.ɪᴇ.ᴅ after ᴄᴏᴍᴘʟɪᴄᴀᴛɪᴏɴs during childbirth after delivering her third daughter Lucinda Lauren Elizabeth Gayland. Ms Verora was the owner of Zenko Yoga in Noosaville, on the Sunshine Coast, and described the studio’s mission as “inspiring people to seek change and transformation within.”

Her ᴅ.ᴇᴀ.ᴛʜ comes just months after Ms Verona married the love of her life Ryan at an intimate wedding in February. Heartbroken’s husband, Ryan Gaillard, honored his companion and their new child, which will likely be a cherished reminder of his spouse. “Lucinda means mild, and she is definitely mild on these dark occasions,” said Mr. Gaillard. “There’s ache from our unfathomable ʟᴏss, but our hearts are crammed with the little bundle of pleasure that Lauren has blessed us with.”

Her distraught employees shared their devastation at her sudden ᴅ.ᴇᴀ.ᴛʜ in a heartbreaking post on the company’s Facebook page.

“This unfathomable ʟᴏss is felt deeply by all of us that are part of her teaching team, by her family, her friends and we know it will be felt by all who came to know her. All who attended her workshops, watched her videos, shared retreat space with her, trained with her, practiced with her, or simply met her once know how powerful her presence was, how her energy radiated light and wisdom to everyone and everything she touched! Lauren has changed more lives than anyone can comprehend and it is our greatest ʟᴏss to not get to continue to share her joy, her spirit and her wisdom with this world.”

They extended their deepest condolences to Ms Verona’s partner and their daughters Allira and Evie. “In this time of darkness, we still have a shining light, not only in Lucinda, but in all of her loved ones she leaves behind, especially in Ryan and her daughters,” the post read.

Ms Verona gave birth to a healthy baby girl but the mother was unable to be saved. She had earlier spoken out about the ‘indescribable ᴘᴇʟᴠɪᴄ ɢɪʀᴅʟᴇ ᴘᴀɪɴ’ she experienced at 35 weeks pregnant.

“Pᴇʟᴠɪᴄ instability, ᴀɴᴀᴇᴍɪᴀ and ɢᴇsᴛᴀᴛɪᴏɴᴀʟ ᴅɪᴀʙᴇᴛᴇs keep me couch bound but otherwise awesome and I’m looking forward to birthing this angel as soon as viably possible,” she said at 30 weeks before being given the all clear for a natural birth.

Mourning friends and family shared their heartbreak as they paid their respects. Her ᴅ.ᴇᴀ.ᴛʜ comes just months after Ms Verona married the love of her life Ryan at an intimate wedding in February. “I am heartbroken to have ʟᴏsᴛ to this physical realm a most wonderful woman who taught me how to love and to be fearless,” one person wrote.

Another added, “It has been my utmost honour and privilege to meet, train with, know and support her in her passion which is the physicality and energy of Zenko Yoga. So many memories that will be forever etched in the forefront of my mind. My heart aches for her divine two young daughters, her beloved husband and new born baby girl.”

The yoga studio was briefly open on Friday morning for members to pay their respects but classes will be temporarily cancelled.
